Lol...I'd been lurking and reading for about a month doing some research before I quit and signed up..figured I could use all of the help!

No, What Not even sure I would have any Support during this shot at it. Really Glad I came back to ECF when i started giving it another try

Much more support than when I tried to quit smoking the other ways, all they did was demonize me and cigarettes, I've had so many vapers just randomly walk up to me and start chatting lol!

Yes, im dual sometimes and solely vaping at times. But i noticed I get really sleepy the days I only vape. I yawn constantly. I also think I don't take deep enough breaths when only vaping and maybe that's why yawn. Wish I could kick them permanently but im doing better than I was I'm down to a few packs a week. And in vaping everyday vs once every few months. It's taken some time to find the right everything.

The yawning isnt caused by vaping. Its caused by lactic acid in you muscles as your body starts to expel the toxins from smoking. Cigarettes contain high amounts of carbon monoxide which increase lactic acid production and causes our muscles to tire more quickly.

Thats one of the reasons why smokers lack stamina.

Our bodies are amazing and begin the healing process as soon as 12 hours after our last cigarette.Thats why you notice when you are only vaping.

I experienced the same thing when I quit smoking.When you finally quit smoking for good it will pass in 3-4 weeks though you may notice cramping and/or flu-like symptoms as the rest of the toxins leave your body.

Well I would like to see the response from Innokin. I say way back where uncle asked the question, but I never saw any response from Innokin. The very first page of this contest is where you enter for the original drawing. The quickfires we won in where not even mentioned there.
