It’s definitely a battery contact issue or a bad battery. If you see a flashing red light it’s the battery low or bad if just charged.

That thing is super stiff I can't imagine it's flipped but I will try and find out how it's supposed to lay.

I wrote to Provarirepair sunday but have not heard anything back yet,im still sad and waiting. I sent him all the details and it looks like it shouldnt be too bad in price. Let me know if you heard back from them or maybe i wrote to the wrong place?

I have never run into an email address in which capitalization matters, so if so, it would be the first.

Breezy Dawn if you are worried, check your sent mail, it should tell you if your email has been bumped back, but I certainly doubt it. I'm sure you'll be hearing from someone soon. I'd be anxious in your position too, but I think you have it correct.

Bill sometimes takes a day or two but he’s pretty good about getting back to you unless your email gets lost in cyberspace. I already have my repair form, just waiting on payday to get here before I send it in so I can get a few spare parts too.

I'd tell you to stop worrying, but that doesn't seem possible at this point (LOL) but you will look back on all your worry as wasted energy, I'm pretty sure.
