Please my Radius seems dead.

Well he has had my baby for a week now and i still dont know whats wrong with it. He does send a message after he looks at right? I hope to hear something soon!
Bill will email you back with a diagnosis and charges before he does anything beyond the diagnosis. If you approve the work, he will ask you to paypal the money back to him. When the radius is fixed, he will email you to let you know it's on the way back "home."

I hope he can figure out what went wonky for you. My experience with cars has always been that intermittent electrical problems can take a while to figure out before they can be fixed.

It is possible that he is swamped since (if I understand correctly) he is only offering this service through the end of this year. I expect lots of folks have sent theirs in for a beauty treatment before it is too late.

I agree with @gofishtx about emailing him.

nah, not really worth the trouble. Maybe the disagreer was having a disagreeable day and this made him/her feel better so all is good :D

Oops, looks like I derailed this thread.....what was it we were talking about....oh right, I hope you find out soon what kind of surgery your radius will need @Breezy Dawn and it will soon be back home again, where it belongs.

I imagine the disagree-er was thinking, "Don't bug the man, he'll get to it when he does." LOL. That's my thought anyway.

I was thinking of sending my (40 watt) Radius in, just to make sure everything is as it should be, but the seller says she barely used it and it looks totally pristine to me, and functions agreeably. I'm torn though, should I send it in for a checkup before the service is not available? It really looks barely used, which is what the seller said.... I don't know what, if anything Bill could do to it to make it any better, and I've inspected it about as thoroughly as I'm willing to...

Opinions? Thoughts? I have about 27 days to decide.... I got a quote good for 30, so...

I have a feeling you are right. I am sure Bill has a pretty full plate right now and is working as fast as he can.

Me, if it's working now and has current firmware, I wouldn't bother to send it anywhere just to be looked at...but that's me. I would be wondering about it the whole time it was gone. No if it was not working, that would be a different story...

And as for Bill, we really don't know much about him except that he worked for ProVape, and Provape had some sort of arrangement with him to repair and service devices for the near future. Is it a side business? is he under contract? I'd imagine he had to get a full time gig because that's life. So far all reports seem to be good from folks dealing with him, but for my ProVaris, if it ain't broke, they aren't goin

He's not only offering the service through the end of the year. Hell, he's going to honor the warranties which are a year. I believe that's not until Feb. for the last ones sold.

Thank you for clearing it up. I didn't want to give information that wasn't accurate. Now I know more than I did.
