I wish I could say thanks for the videos (yes, I watched them all, painfully) or at least give your post a "like", but now I'm just too depressed to do that. Hopefully it will open some other eyes. About all I got at this point is a :censored: ME!
I'm watching them now. :(

:( Not going to do any of us any good if things don't change. Big deal if we're all prepared to vape for years. What about those who don't even get the chance.

I live in a state where online tobacco product sales is banned.

The other half just kinda shakes her at my stockpile of stuff but I asked her what she thought the locals were going to do when online sales were banned.
    • Gee honey do you think they will lower or raise their prices?
We both agreed that the latter is more likely and given the sometimes insane markup the locals put on stuff NOW, I hate to think what a mod, tank or some juice might cost in the latter part of August 2016.

I have a few outstanding orders out and I'm looking at my last order of nicotine to put away in the dedicated freezer. If this does not get stopped in a hurry I can see vaping become a hobby of only the prepared and the rich.

So many unaware of what's even going on. My sister and brother in law vape and have tried to tell my sister what's going on and to at least prepare a little, but I don't think she gets it. Looks like I'll be buying more nic because I certainly can't vape myself and watch her going back to smoking. Not on my watch.

What's with the freak out? How long are these end-of-the-world posts going to continue?

New products cannot be brought to market after August 8th. That does not mean manufacturers are going to stop making the same existing gear. I believe manufacturers are only going to ramp it up to sell as much as possible until they are required to submit a PMTP authorization.

At that point, they'll have another year.

    Am I missing something?

    I don't think so.

There are going to be new products introduced after 8/8 and I see NO chance of shipments from China stopping anytime soon. The only reason you won't be able to order that new RTA introduced on 8/10 will be it'll be sold out from everyone else buying it just seeing if it'll get delivered to them.

I agree with the theory that the FDA intended Deeming to get mired down in court cases and Congressional inquiry. The Are smart enough know that this is a Way more complex situation to deal with than any one new kind of snu hitting the market. Having it all get locked up in court and congress also gets the FDA off the hook, Hey, we Tried...

Smacuser, thankfully we both live in a state that so far, couldn't care less about vaping. Not to mention a Governor who gives us Back our tax money, not takes More of it.

I believe Halo's case is going to fight every step of this. I would expect an injunction in the near future on the age proof deal at least so far as it happening in the short timeframe the FDA wants.

Is there reason though to be very concerned and to LISTEN carefully to what is happening as the challenges to Deeming progrsss? Certainly there is. But IMO, if you are Already buying in the Stockpile frame of mind, you simply haven't thought the situation through clearly enough.

If you believe that the FDA will do Nothing Else to Restrict e-Cigarettes/e-Liquids in the future, and if your believe that States are Not going to Jump on the Federal Statutory Definition of e-Cigarettes/e-Liquids as "Tobacco Products" to enact New Legislation, then Yeah... your not missing anything.

But if you see what the FDA has done as Foundational (which the FDA has Stated Many Times), and if you view the current Trend in e-Cigarettes/e-Liquids State Regulations as getting Worse vs. Better, then Yes, perhaps you are Missing Something.

Not just new legislation from the States but existing laws that need to be met within 90 days such as
A State license to sell tobacco products which applies to all vape shops, that ought to knock off quite a few...
Illegal to buy tobacco products online in several states and since everything vape related IS a tobacco product now....
Federal permit to be a tobacco manufacturer for those who want to continue to make eliquid, plus State laws that apply...

Honestly I am to a point I do not care if people don't get it now (the info is everywhere...) or do not believe it (the info is everywhere...) or feel like others are freaking out or over reacting, because there is a small segment on here that feel like it's their duty to be contrary and run around to different deeming threads just to jump others and create drama and that is a shame.

Felony??????!!!! Really????! A felony for a "tobacco product"? What a crock!
I've said it in the past and people laughed at me. If these things go really south on us, I can foresee a day when possession of large quantities of nicotine base could be a felony offense. Uncle doesn't like when people don't pay to play...

Why would that be so Bizarre? It's a Brave New World ENAUD.

A world where a bottle of PG, VG, and Food Flavoring is a Tobacco Product. And requires a label that says... "Made from Tobacco.

A word where if you Twist a Wire into a Coil you are a Tobacco Manufacture.

And one where in some States, you are Old Enough to buy a Firearm, Vote, Buy MJ, or be Convicted of Crimes as an Adult, but you Can't buy an eGo or a pack of Smokes

This is NOT the America I was born in a raised in. This is some bizarre twisted alter dimension of reality we are seeing. It is time for a cleansing.
