Does anyone know the size of this kanthal?

My buddy wanted me to show him how to wrap up some coils. Hes using a vamo v5 and he bought an orchid v3. He doesnt like harsh draws but rather a smooth, light, cool pull. So i decided to try that standard wire that comes in the orchid v3's package. Its that stock, hair thin wire that comes in the box with most of your typical rda's rta's, but i cant figure out the gauge dimension on it. Im trying to get him a whole roll of it so he can wrap his own. If you guys can help me out i would appreciate it. Thanks!

Best guess without a pic would be 28 gauge??

30 guage, and if it is a small diameter its ok 30 guage is a great all around wire especially when wrapping higher ohm coils. 28 guage does not fit that discription.

Na got 24's and 28's its much thinner. Its (no joke) as thin as a hair.

Its more than likely 30 but could be 32. Have him get the 30 it will do everything.

More like worst guess ever. 28g is not that thin especially if youve dealt with 32+

24 gauge ( 2.22ohms per ft / 0.185ohms per inch)
26 gauge ( 3.53ohms per ft / 0.294ohms per inch)
28 gauge ( 6.14ohms per ft / 0.512ohms per inch)
30 gauge ( 8.70ohms per ft / 0.725ohms per inch)
32 gauge ( 13.84ohms per ft / 1.15ohms per inch)

China Wire - 32ga. and it is likely NOT Kanthal - it is NiChrome.
