Been away for a while!

I've been away for a long time! I'm not sure if this is the right area to post in so feel free to move this if needed. I have an ohmega series built box mod that I LOVE! The other day my husband dropped it and ever since then the connector pins that hold the batteries in place are bending every time I put the batteries in and it won't fire. Is there something I can put under the pins to prevent this from happening? Once I pull the prongs back up it fires just fine. I haven't had it long so I would really hate to have to buy a new mod. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

I would not put anything between batteries and poles. Security is something I'm really into.
My advice, contact the vendor and send it for repair.

Is the contact getting jammed. Might have gotten bent in the fall.. Might have to take the mod apart and straighten or replace the contacts
