Kentucky legislation (HB 190) would ban smoking and e-cig use in workplaces, referred to House Health and Welfare Cmte.

Kentucky vapers are urged to contact KY House Health and Welfare Cmte members and urge them to remove the provisions in the bill that refer to e-cigarettes because vaping isn't smoking (but the bill falsely defines it as such).

Sue Rostrom (who is an ally of prohibitionist and propagandist Ellen Hahn) sponsored the same bill (or nearly the same) last session. Although it was approved by the House Health and Welfare Cmte, it was never voted on by the full House.
