between here and there
Hello all,
I am starting to stock up on Nic. I have 2 liters inbound, and plan to have 6 by August. My question, can someone point me to a good thread about transferring 1 liter bottles to smaller, more workable sizes?

Thanks!

We were just discussing that in DIY here
The Flavor Apprentice Flavoring Thread. a few post up from this. One member actually got a pump and used it in a one gallon setting to help break it down,
Hope it helps.
:)

I'm wondering if I misunderstood the article I read on here, seems like it says everything can stay on the market until August 2018. Why are we stockpiling now?

This quote
"The effective date of the regulations will be approximately August 10, 2016. Manufacturers will have two years from that date to submit PMTA's for every product (meaning every vaping device and every e-liquid) they wish to stay on the market. If the manufacturer submits a PMTA within this two-year period, it will be allowed to stay on the market for one additional year unless the FDA makes a decision on its application prior to that additional 12 months. If the application is not approved, the product must be taken off the market."

From this article The Rest of the Story: Tobacco News Analysisand Commentary: FDA E-Cigarette Deeming Regulations are a Disaster for Public Health

sounds like, to me, that I will beable to still buy anything I needuntil August 2018, am I missingsomething?

Because a lot of states have tobacco laws that say tobacco products cannot be ordered online is the biggest reason.

Will USPS decide not to deliver our "tobacco products" after 8/8?
I dunno but I'll already be set for life.
Cover your azz while we fight this absurd, perverse government failure.

Self defense doesn't win a fight. It only allows us to stay uninjured while we fight.
Except American Kenpo. AK epitomizes "best defense is a strong offense".

I use a simple poly kitchen funnel to pour into smaller bottles.

Just in case these :censored: Bureaucrats try the old bait and switch.

By the way prepping now will save you two years of inflation.

The article you referenced states;

"Ninety minutes ago, the FDA released its long-awaited electronic cigarette deeming regulations."

The deeming regulations are 500 pages and also reference the huge Tobacco Control Act. I think it is fair to say they don`t know much in "Ninety minutes"

The first hammer falls on Aug 08 of this year.

You probably want to read more.

TN has the TN Smoke Free Assn. (TSFA) and a lobbyist.......Plus Dimitris Agrafiotis and his band of advocates that have been instrumental in keeping keeping the hammer from falling on vaping in the Volunteer state.

I am a confirmed low wattage tootler, so the Blem Specials at ProVape were a very happy occasion for me. Since I'm fast approaching the end of my lifespan, buying one of each color mini to fill in my current collection meant I got a new color for each calculated year of life left........The one benefit of getting old is it's easier and cheaper to stock up! :)

Edited to correct Assn. name!

I'm also wondering if they will comply. I know it's federal, but are they going to be able to check the thousands of stores across the US? The stuff we can't talk bout has been legalized in many states even though it is illegal on the federal level. Just some food for thought.
