Postal Inspectors work in-hand with CBP/Homeland Security for incoming international shipments. Everything else is in coordination with FBI/DEA/State agencies when they suspect criminal activity through the mail. The ability to screen and open mail without a warrant was one of the provisions allowed in the PATRIOT Act, one of the most rights-infringing pieces of legislation enacted in our generation IMO.

I was going to offer getting a supply for you and meeting you in Vancouver, then I looked at where Ft. Nelson is.. yeah, no.
Are they inspecting EVERYTHING, as in like personal shipments?

Ahh that was so nice of you to think about that! lol Yes Ft.Nelson is away from everywhere. No worries I am getting everything I need in Canada. Like I said they let vape gear come through customs just anything with nicotime was taken.

For about a year every package was opened, now anything vape related and the rest is hit and miss. But at the begining when they confiscated the two liters of nic that is when they opened everything and every package was held up for a good 6-8 weeks.I ordered flavoring from Poland and had it shipped DHL that package took 3 months to arrive.
