its a premix called.... country farms "super greens"
its got a ton off stuff in it..u put one of the pre measured cup fulls in a 8 oz glass..and mix with what ever hahahahhahahahah today i did it with cream soda lol i drank it.....

Try using a glass w smaller circumference. .keeps your nose outta the smell also..lol
