To be fair, I don't order from Gear beast either but it's due to their customer service. FT may take longer, but they'll work with you pretty nicely if you have difficulties or problems. My experience with gear beast was they don't do that so much. With that being said, they do have good prices and if I weren't so error-prone (they don't like fixing shipping errors, in their TOS) I might use them again, but I vastly prefer FT or 3F. The wait is... well, I expect it. :)

I only dealt with Gearbest 1 time and that was enough for me.I had 2 items i ordered,and they said ships in 7 days.A month later i contacted them to find out why the items had still never shipped,since 7 days had passed several times over.Their response was that those items had been discontinued,you would think they would have either contacted me or refund the money instead of waiting a month for me to ask them,then they tried to give me credit for "A future purchase" instead of a refund.I told them no way would i be ordering from them again,give me my money back.

So FT decided to refund my coils. They apparently aren't real smok coils. That's on me though.

I know about Authentic vs Styled but didn't see either word in the coil description. Figured they were authentic. Price should have tipped me off.

Just waiting now. Have a cart full of coil wire and other doodads waiting on the credit.

Anyone know how long it takes for them to file out the credit?

I know about Authentic vs Styled but didn't see either word in the coil description. Figured they were authentic. Price should have tipped me off.

Just waiting now. Have a cart full of coil wire and other doodads waiting on the credit.

Anyone know how long it takes for them to file out the credit?

It usually gets done pretty fast - generally 24 to 48 hours at the most. Since it is the weekend, it might take 48 hours.

I've ordered from GearBest a few times now and never had a problem.... knock on wood.

GB has lied to me and then were careless enough to prove to me that they had lied to me. It wasn't to cheat me or anything. It was just to cover their mistake. But, they still did it.

I ordered from GearBest long time ago, in the pages it was instock so I carted a few items then soon as I paid one of the items was all of a sudden out of stock and would be restocked in 7 days along with another item went up in price quite a few cents. Snapped a couple pics of the discrepancies, sent a email and was basically shown the middle finger. 7 days were up so again sent a email to be told wait a few more days. They split the order then sent the instock items....waited again then another email sent and same reply...wait a few more days. After waiting a few weeks I sent a last email wanting a refund for the item that was out of stock, a miracle was bestowed upon me that within hours after I sent a email wanting a refund there was a shipping label made....great, its instock now and being shipped. I was wrong, that label now stopped me from receiving any refund, that I figured out after sitting for over a week that way then I tried to refund and it failed. Sent another email stating in diplomatic terms what I thought of GB shady business practice and the reply I received was bummer and here's 10% off the next order.
I then just wrote the whole fiasco off as never ordering from GB again since it was only a couple subtank mini bellcaps, not large coin spent and lesson learned in shipping labels. 4 months later I received a package with my subtank mini bellcaps.
I did order again from GB recently cause they were the only place to sell Merlin glass sleeves, instock, shipped within a couple days then received and no issues.

FT is giving me a headache.
Issued a gift card, which was fine.

Went to check out, entered card, entered gift card. Site flipped out denies card (should be no issues) and makes gift card invalid.

Once I use this credit, never again.
