OK, my first ever order now shows shipped and have a tracking code, but currently code shows no activity. will updated here as I get more info.

I use e packet shipping. It's confusing to try to track the first few days. On the last order, I got an update that the item was shipped. Then the next few days it would revert back to order accepted. Nothing was clear until about 5 days later I it finally showed item shipped. The 6th day it actually showed in transit and I received it in 8 days.
This new order is different. I'm at 7 days and it's still showing acceptance. However if I go to the bottom of the tracking email and click on view and track in browser, it shows a picture of the package and says it's shipped. 8 days would be tomorrow delivery like the last one. We'll see. That's why I never order anything from them that I need quickly. Lol

Well I was contacted this morning about my opened coils, they requested a picture.

Now just crickets...

Think this will be my last order from them.

Don't worry, they'll get back to you. If the coils are new and unused you're probably not going to get much from them. Maybe a small credit for your... um.... displeasure? Maybe not.... they're not giving the farm away these days.

I used one of the coils today, and it's sort of different on the bottom than the coils I've used in the past.

The little bit that comes down from the bottom (don't know it's name but looks like a handle if you hold the coil upside down) has a spot that is shiny. Looks odd actually. Could be nothing but the coil burnt before the end of the day. Probably won't even try the others.

Ah well, yes.... that sucks.

If they're crappy clone coils that in itself is worth a complaint. I complained to them once about some crappy coils and they refunded my money. That was back almost a year ago now but it's worth a shot.

Well, they're replacing my coils.
Asked for a box. I'm picky. Like my new stuff to come, well, "new". To me that means unopened.

I must say for as big a company as they are, and being in a foreign country, they seem pretty efficient in customer service.
