Placing an order and thinking about ordering the ijoy 20700 batteries also.
Is ft trustworthy/authentic with them?
I am ordering mods that can use them so.........

If it says "authentic" it always seems to be with FT.

Personally, I order batteries elsewhere as FT's battery shipping options are almost globally terrible. I.e. 4+ weeks by ground, boat, train, yak....

Been getting this since last night

Was also getting it at USPS.com, but that is working now?
Thought it was my ISP (Centurylink), but wonder if it's a more broad internet issue?

Hmm... just updated Fire Fox yesterday, to v 56.0.1

Just tried IE, was able to connect.
Looks like it's a FF issue.
Grrrr....

Just checked, getting the same error as you are, Puff.

Using Firefox, v 56.0.1

I'm on an older version of FF, 47.0.2, and get the same error.

Checked out the link by @puffon above and they offer a workaround and an explanation. Don't think I want to mess with it just yet. It will be Monday morning in China in a few hours, let's see if they fix the problem at the source.

Same problem here,definitely a Firefox issue,as i get that same message on it,but IE loads it no problem.

On another note,finally got my warranty stuff straightened out.The person i've been dealing with seems new,and was not aware of a U.S. returns center,so once i cleared that up,i got my RMA number right away.To top it off,they haven't even received this mod back yet,and they already have the replacement packaged up,tracking # issued,and just waiting for me to get the bad one sent back,as soon as they receive it,the new one will be on the way.

Well good old FT came through again for me.... kind of.

Ordered 17 pieces glass tank replacements on Oct.7th - received here in Canada on Oct.17th.... not one piece broken!!!

Unfortunately, only 10 of the 17 pieces are the actual correct size I ordered.
