New York (no, not the city)
Finally ordered and received my green Provari 2.5! This thing is beautiful. No blemish that I can find anywhere, though the extension cap is an oh-so-very-slightly darker shade. I'm using it with my new ruby red Buddha mini with a 2 ohm coil and even managed to dig up an old green drip tip. I am so loving life right now. My first "big" mod was a sigelei Zmax v2 with a Protank 2...this setup is like that, but so much better. Only problem is the Buddha's 510 connection is a bit long and leaves a tiny gap; I'll have to find an 18mm washer kiofd some kind to stick in there.

Nice, but I think I'll check out Home Depot's selection of rubber washers first. :)

I thought the KP ones were gonna be foam
surprised they were plastic like my coffee lid job
they have 30mm & 22mm and stackable if you really have troubles... ?

mine I made so the 510 hole was 'tight'
and they DON'T fall off like KP's...

be interested what style you pick out... :pop:

Indeed it is. And while temporarily possessed  today (not sure if I need an Exorcism, an Intervention, or Both), I ordered one of the last remaining current P2.5 Specials, the "Variable Voltage V2.5 With Digital Display - Satin Silver" (and went with the P3 Top Cap -- because the flat top beauty ring is just annoying not screwing down or anything, too easy to lose if for some reason atty needs to be removed from mod). Still kicking myself for not getting in on those cheaper BLEM deals!!!!

Now I'm really gonna need to sell off some vape gear to cover this latest totally unnecessary purchase. Unless I decide to consider having 2 identical Ti Prometey:wub: attys each having their own similar ProVari mods as being "necessary"? Either way, some gear must go.

:mail:A GB order of "Kayfun Lite Style" drip tips finally arrived yesterday. Got 1 shorty, and 3 regular sized ones. The shorty fits great with its double o-rings. Doesn't even get hot like I thought it might, being so short. Also doesn't feel like trying to suck an elephant thru a straw (I think @ScandaLeX had described that style dt that way :D)... I like it!

That shorty is actually a 510 size. The 3 full-size ones however turned out not to be merely "Kayfun Lite Style", but actually "Kayfun Lite Size". Way too loose. My bad not reading the description close enough before ordering. Might be able to wrap some semi-permanent tape around them to turn them into pressure fit style dt's. Win some, lose some.

I think their rubber washers are going to be too thick? Maybe not though.

Maybe an auto shop for gasket rubber, comes in different thicknesses and materials. A gasket punch set (cheap, think Harbor Fruit) and you're set.

That did occur to me too. I'm about thinking the coffee tin lid might be the best option.

I'm guessin you mean the poly-vinyl plastic lid ... :D (not tin)

I drilled several holes in a lid, then cut out like 25mm squares (around holes)
then put it on an atty and cleaned them up with a razor blade... (ez-pz)

;)

An oring would work, too, wouldn't it?
