Not stupid, evil. Putting the PA vape shops out of business is not an unintended consequence, it is the hidden agenda. As is FDA deeming.

Sustainable Revenue source.
Vaping lives, at a higher cost.

I'm thinking that is more than just this. I'd be willing to wager that every state in the union is probably thinking of doing a copy and paste of this law. All for the kids, right?

Thanks for posting this. I just commented there. This feels dangerously close to being good news, and we could sure use some. It seems people around the country contacting their reps has been a bust for the most part. In this case, looks like it might make a difference.
