Well rats, as I said earlier I was having trouble with mine in temp mode. I can use it in Ti mode by setting it about 190 degrees cooler than my other TC mods work at. In SS mode if I set it at the lowest temperature of 200, it is entirely too hot. SS is my preferred wire but alas, it is a no go. Works ok in wattage mode.

I submitted a ticket to Mad Vapes and got a response saying to lower the wattage to keep it from getting so hot so fast. Well, there is no wattage setting in temp mode. So I called. They went through all their paperwork from Koopor and found nothing about a solution for that. The young lady said the only solution would be to send it in for warranty but they are in short supply and she has no idea how long it might be before it might be replaced.

So my decision is do I want to keep it as is or send in and wait. I dunno. At least it's a mod.

I think I may just keep it as it is and hope that they might come out with an update and hope that might fix it. Either way, it's all good. Thanks ECF.

you may have already tried this, try changing the 'strength' power button and down button at the same time should let you scroll thru it. if doing this changes your mode, then power button and up button...

Setting the strength to min. helped just a little. I'm going to lower the TCR number some now and see if that helps any more. Thanks, I thought I had tried everything.

It's automatic. It's reading this .54 ohm coil as .62.
Bummer :( I had to adjust the joules on the mini Clouper to be able to vape on one tank I had. It was down to 200 degrees and still would almost scorch my lip. Once I backed down the joules it was fine. I hope you can get it figured out!

Honestly having seen many pictures of it I thought it was going to be larger lol...

I guess most people just have smaller hands than me >.<

Overall I like the mod, mine has no button rattle, the one thing I don't like about it is the battery door design, it stays on good however I don't like having a seam right under the atomizer, I've already had juice leak into the seam, luckily I caught it right away.

overall its been good to me so far...

ThaFuzz, just did some tests.

First burnt was 0.78ohms SS single coil kayfun V4.
Second was a 0.78ohms SS single coil subtank.

Third i was needing to change cotton in a igo-S so i took the cap and cotton off and did some dry tests with 0.66ohms SS.

In the evic mini TCR set to 94 or it will cut way to soon at 225ºc, and it takes about 5 seconds to hit TC and cut it, no glow or burned cotton.
In the koopor i had the TCR to 92 and 87, and it lights up in less than a second, and burns the cotton, and after that it starts to show temp protected after the burning.

One thing i know for sure, i can't set a kayfun at more than 15W, even in TC. So in the evic board i have TC for 225ºc, and set the wattage to 15W or 17W max in the TC mode.
I have no way to set the wattage in TC mode in the koopor do i?
Because it shows it starting at 90W, and even in the min or soft setting it burns the cotton in less than a second and only after that it starts hiting Temp protection, it gives for a horrible vape.
