Your new shipping location in FL

Hi Eric!

I read your post on the new shipping location in FL and LordDavon joining the DV team, and that's awesome!

One question though: Now that you have a shipping location in FL, will that constitute a physical presence, and will you then need to charge state sales tax when shipping to FL customers?

I like this change/move. The shipping from Orlando is faster than from CT. For me in Kansas there are 2 states that seem to have a direct trucking route to KC....Florida and Arizona, the time it takes for a parcel from Wisconsin takes longer than from the aforementioned states!

I am just assuming here but here it goes...Since the sale is made in CT. and you have had previous purchases that were not taxed then I would assume it will still be the same. The billing, if this has remained the same, is done in CT. and Florida is just a shipping location therefore no sale was actually made in Florida.
