    Thanks for the replies. I may try to drastically reduce my nic for a month. We'll see. What's crazy about smokers is their GP can preach about cancer and they keep smoking but if it's elective cosmetic surgery many are so motivated for a good outcome, they stop smoking. Out of sight, out of mind.
