For me, most freshly opened Volt cartos on a freshly charged Volt battery give a blast of flavor for the first couple of hits and then mellow down and stay at that level the rest of the vaping. It's especially noticable for me on classic grape. I look forward to it. :2cool:

There was a guy in the For Sale section asking for older tech donations for some charity a few weeks back.

I like that color better, might go for it. But I liked the suggestions of other metallic colors since I love my silver batteries the best.

Couple of months before getting the Volt, I got some 808 CE2 Clearomizers to try. They weren't bad but they went through a lot of e-liquid, are a pain to refill, gotta keep the wicks and the holes they go through "just right," the coil cruds up fast so they don't last more than a day or so, and...

Yes! I do have days, 2-3 days back-to-back every month it seems, when no vape tastes right, even new cartomizers. I never knew others were having the same experience! It disappears as immediately and completely as it appeared. In the meantime, I've tried all my different juices, cleaned my...

Oh, in case anyone wants to know where to get a big bottle of propylene glycol, here's where I got my 1/2 gallon. $18.38 and free shipping. It's USP food grade and is perfect for cleaning cartos or mixing your own e-liquid. Propylene Glycol PG USP 99.8 1/2 Gallon 4Lb NtWt | eBay

Sure does. I've been testing all my cleaned atties/cartos this way before I go ahead and waste a whole bunch of juice to fill what might end up a nasty-tasting mess. LOL!!! :)

Sort of yes & no. I used to clean all my atomizers and cartomizers to make them last as long as possible. And I started out doing the same with my Volts. But the Volt cartomizers last so long before needing cleaning that nowadays I feel I've gotten my money's worth when they crud up. But...

Catching up, lol. Tried to save everyone's posts I wanted to answer but my browser hung up. So here's my 2 cents on some stuff: To the person who said they filled a carto, let it sit overnight, then topped it off and tried to vape it but it just got really hot and didn't put out any vapor --...

Maybe it would be helpful if someone spreadsheety could make up a chart on which chargers and USB dongles and maybe even charging cases work with a Volt. And we could all add what to expect if the behavior is different like you pointed out here. .... or we could all just buy true Volt...

So, are you saying that you've got the battery screwed into a USB charger dongle, then you had that plugged into a wall adaptor, and the LED on the end of the Volt battery never went out? Is the USB dongle and/or the wall adaptor a SmokelessImage Volt brand or are both from other vendors? I'm...

So, this charger has that "pins-style" of charging connector. Wonder if they could change it out for the screw-on type and leave that battery-size block out of there completely.

Also: On the slider, I get 2.5 to 3.5 charges for the 65mm batteries, 1.5 charges on the 78mm batteries. On the mega, I get 1 full charge on the 65mm batteries, it seems to charge additional batteries, but they are not fully charged. It looks like it charges 1 78mm battery, but that battery...

Oh, I wasn't meaning people really should throw it away. I'd simply make a video showing them how they can change it out anyway. Every battery is replaceable once someone figures out how to do it. :)

The battery needs to be bigger than 1000mAh if you want it to charge more than 2-3 times on a 65mm battery and more than 1-2 times for 78mm batteries. It needs to be about 2000 - 3000mAh. This shouldn't be as big of a change as what you're already asking. If they are currently using...

A lot of folks don't need or want a PCC. When I first got the Volt smartPCC it disappointed me because I couldn't tell if I could charge the next battery or not, the pcc's lights indicated it had plenty of charge left. On the 65mm batteries, it gave me 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 charges, but I never knew...

I agree with StarSong, the low milliamp-hours (mah) on this one looks like it's for the old-style batteries. You know how on SmokelessImage's site when you look at batteries, it says "Standard Electronic Cigarette Batteries are 150mAh! Enjoy longer battery life!" Well, they are referring to...
