Ahoy all! Yup, good advice above. That tube can be trimmed down until it's suspended just above the bottom of the feed bottle, but I don't do that when I make them as when the bottle is tilted you can't get all the juice to squonk any more. That white in the wood looks like a bit of wax from...

For this mod I would avoid a paste wax as it can fill the wood pores with wax and look kinda bad. Lots of people (including myself) use "Howards feed N wax". It shines it up and also keeps the wood moisturized a bit to keep it stable in changing weather.

ECF seems to be a little strange lately, hard time logging in, posts not posting until you wait 5 minutes....stuff like that....

The Cruiser's that I make for the website have always been pretty low cost for RSM's. I've avoided 70 or 80 bucks on the price by not having to use a DNA regulator, hours of labor, and the much pricier body and panel woods. I've kept the shape the same so they conform to the new RSM style...

Ahoy! Hope your happy with it. The African Mahogany has always been near the top of my favorite woods list. It's gorgeous with great hues and colors and still a lighter wood that doesn't feel like it's made out of concrete. Congrats! I'll have to make a few more Cruiser models for the...

Ahoy! It's Tuesday, what happened to Monday? arrrrrr Well, not much going on here but I really need to get started on the next batch. I also need to run around to the local lumber stores and find some more cherry wood for desk caddies as I'm almost out. Other than that, not much new...

Ahoy, happy Thor's day! Looks like good news here. I will be able to get the DNA20D regulators I need by the time I need them. I prefer the DNA20 version 2 boards especially with the new features they will have like step-down voltage ability and reverse battery protection. Those alone are far...

I just checked and there are over 5000 e-cig listings on e-pay, have they lifted the ban or they just don't care anymore? Hmmmm.....

Yup, that's the stuff! I have enough left for probably a Cruiser as long as the pretty panel on the back is paper thin. Hope you don't mind if I use it up, hate to see it collect dust any longer..

I'm so sorry, but now to add insult to injury I found a half piece of stabilized burl, desert ironwood I'm pretty sure, and I think It might have been left over from one of your orders a couple years ago? Enough for a small mod. Not sure, but SORRY! just in case, arrrrrrrrr

On a positive note, I think this next batch is gonna be one of the most awesome I've ever done. Last batch I went with some layered wood for bodies and retro designs. This batch is going to see some of the best woods I've used in the past. Like Black and White ebony, Bloodwood, Ziricote and...

Ahoy all, happy Tuesday! Getting caught up on desk caddies and paperwork. I'm hoping I hear from evolv soon so I can begin the next batch. I should have started it a week ago! To answer a few questions previously asked with a little honest personal history; I don't accept customer supplied...

No prob Deb. I can change the size of any of the desk caddy holes, or substitute one bottom accessory layout from one desk caddy to another. About 1/4 of the desk caddy jobs I do are custom in some way. If you don't know the dimensions of the mod then I just need the mod name and I will look it...

Yeah, I was happy when I found out the DNA20D would have it, not sure if the DNA30 is gonna have it yet or not, I'll have to ask once I get ahold of someone there. We're in a pretty old house, but the pool was renovated about 15 years ago. It has a new roof now and other stuff that just had to...

I would prefer the DNA, having to change the designs yet again doesn't sound very appealing to me on second thought. It would be nice to make more than 3 or 4 batches before the next big change happens again. The reverse battery protection they have incorporated in them is awesome, but honestly...

Well, never heard back from Brandon. I wonder if he works weekends? For the first time in a long while I have NO desk caddy orders for the weekend. Guess I get to do what I want to this weekend. Got lots of work to do around the house that's been waiting on me, time to get to it I guess...
