I have 3 or 4 cast iron skillets. They don't get much use since I rarely cook in anything other than the crockpot or electric pressure cooker. I usually just use them for cornbread. I'm thinking of getting a new gadget called a Nuwave Oven. It was such a nice day out here in the 70's...- tlmoody27

Corn, ham and potato chowder for dinner in the....crock pot. Who would have guessed! It was actually pretty good. I haven't made cookies in ages. I did make a pound cake over the last week some time and it fell in the middle. It was really heavy too. No one had a problem eating it though...- tlmoody27
