Good morning! No fur babies or chicks here for entertainment. Oh wait, Mrs Punkin is my favorite entertaining chick. 
Good morning. 33 already shooting for 50. Girls are out playing tug of war, wish they could do it quieter. 
Have two of the slow cooker up and running. One ham bean the other chicken. Have to decide later if it's going to be dumplings or pot pie. Egg casserole in the oven, this weeks breakfast. Slices nice and drive to work friendly. Time to shower and get the run around part of the day started. Grrrrr

Good afternoon! It's going to be 50ish here today too. It's really overcast, but at least it's not snowing.
That's monumental!I survived another Monday at the PO and did it without strangling anyone!
Mr. V has nothing nice to say about Mondays at the PO.
Corn, ham and potato chowder for dinner in the....crock pot. Who would have guessed! It was actually pretty good.
I haven't made cookies in ages. I did make a pound cake over the last week some time and it fell in the middle. It was really heavy too. No one had a problem eating it though. The humans got half and Apollo got the other half.
He's a counter thief. I ate cookie cake and gummy bears over the weekend. I'm back on the diet as of tomorrow. Six rounds of prednisone since November have not been kind to my weight loss efforts. It was take the steroids and breath but gain weight or skip the med and not gain weight and not breath. 
I figured breathing was a bit more important and I could deal with the weight later. Well later is here so tonight I'll eat the rest of my gummy bear stash and start fresh tomorrow.

Yeah so Dixie has ...........Too much information? It's how my week is going so far...I would utterly be going mad if it weren't for CAKE with Banananananana in my tank and a song in my heart. Little Bird got his foot stuck in his cage where the food bowls snap into place. He was just hanging there.Scared the holy carp out of me.Got him free but he keeps holding that foot up. He can use it though so just watching it for now..He seems to be OK he keeps chattering away. He learned a new phrase and I have no idea where he got it..He says Oh My God...I swear I don't say that and neither does Mr. Crabbypants.He must be picking it up from the TV..Have to watch what I'm watching..

And hi, all! This move thing stinks.
It was so windy out this morning. I didn't put out my recycling bin, for fear I'd have to roam the neighborhood looking for it when I got home!
We didn't have a bad snowy winter this year so July and August should be hellish here too...yukI know it sounds nice, but do you have any idea what July and August are going to be like?
