That's interesting and a good possibility. I had to try it on 2 ego batteries. The meter went nuts and eventually stopped on 3.7 on one and 3.9 on the other. That could be it.

That's what I did. I soaked the whole thing for 24 hours in vodka and the taste is MUCH better. The weird thing was the alcohol was brown. That was a little scary. Oh well, it seemed to work.
