Vaped @ 38.1w, 0.2 ohm, single clapton coil, pegasus rda clearing my palate between flavors with a cinnamon heavy vape, sniffing 10% menthol flavor concentrate and some ground up breakfast blend coffee. Obviously rewicking and cleaning coils between as well. The company has a syrian latakia...

You would be hard pressed to find a microbe that can live in a solution above 30% propylene glycol Perhaps the TB bug but thats not exactly endemic in north america. I suppose it couldnt hurt though. I do isopropyl washes but just to get all the funk from the last batch of tobacco out - mold...

The wikivapia on NET's is a quick and dirty run down Honestly their is no "best way" as far as heat vs cold maceration or time used , its just lots of personal preference

You made it from reddit! When I first got here I just searched this and the first thread for keywords. Some stuff like PGA extraction is more formally discussed in other threads

If im not mistaken diane from mvj had lab tests done on some of her concentrates and the nic levels were low nough to be negligeable ( I want to say 0.3% or less? So even if you mixed at 10% concentration its moot) - been a few years though. IMO thats about right because I vape 3mg and at 6mg I...

He did , I scooped up a bunch of discount juice and concentrate. However he said he would still be open to small orders (its not like the man stopped vaping!) I have a 30ml of bali from november still - definitely a fav

I really do need to explore perique more deeply one of these days , got sidetracked by english blends and then fell back in love with cavendish and just haven't been back.

I had some jasmine tea extract juice from ethervapes that was spot on, gave me a headache though. Does that mate carry a buzz? i'd never even considered it I'd think the "terroir" on tea leafs would lend to much more in depth exploration just from an availability POV (for instance most...

    Sub Micron Filtering, Final Results

They have coils in this line @ 1.5 ohm but like I said I think its more the surface area than anything (at least as far as the jump from 15ml with old kanger protank coils to 45+)

    Sub Micron Filtering, Final Results

I have my previous research and notes spread out all over the internet but figured this would be another good place to share. My experiment here regards using sub micron filtration of the concentrate in an attempt to lessen gunking , my hypothesis being that starches (amylose and amylopectin)...

Its fairly out of date, Ethervapes closed shop for instance.

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

Got my final results from sub micron filtering and it seems to be a win (although clearly the lions share of reduced gunking was just from the better coils and presumably the icnreased surface area) My experiment here regards using sub micron filtration of the concentrate in an attempt to...

Freezer temps will destroy the delicate aromatic volatiles IMO , and PG and VG are antimicrobial / antifungal so thats not a worry. I agree though the best bet is long term storage the same way pipe and cigar smokers do it, if they can keep things tinned for decades its no different for us.

Can't speak for all leaf varieties but my english blends did go bad so I would just store the tobacco itself.

No argument but I find that any cavendish (and again, YMMV) requires at least 2 months steep after being bottled to taste right. The American Spirit really shined up for me too
