If you read the 1942 study it found that PG is also effective against influenza. Not sure what the mechanism is... Zinc gluconate and PG and we should all be invincible !! Maybe if we could ADD ZG to our PG we would be OK...

That's what I was thinking. I guess when the rubber meets the road most of the mods are using off the shelf carts/atomizers so most of what you're getting is better battery life. Is that about right?

Mine makes vapor pretty well and did from the minute I got it. The draw is just a little hard. I actually drilled a .062 hole in the tube where the cart goees. This made it draw well but the vapor production went down :( Maybe it's just the way they are...

I just got a e-gar in the mail and have been fooling with it all day. Right now I'm back to my 510... 3 510 kits and all pretty much deliver. I guess this is about as good as it gets without crossing over into mods...

So do Chinese actually use these things? Anyone know?

Mine's definitely not the cart stuffing. I can remove the cart, batt, and tip and draw through just the atom. tube and it's hard to draw... I can feel the switch actuating. It "feels" like some sort of little flapper in there. Mine makes pretty good vape, I just have to suck on it 'till...

OK, I pulled the cart and battery, went out to the garage, fired up the compressor and blew 125 psi through the damned thing from the battery end of the tube :shock: The draw is still a little harder than I'd like but it's working OK...

Same here. Mine works but the draw is extremely hard... I tried it with the batt. and cart out and got the same thing. Must be something with the pressure switch.

I've been getting a funny taste as well... I just swap cigs for a while and it seems to resolve itself. Be sure to post about your cleaning adventures!

I'm tokin' on it now :D I agree with the parts being expensive. $20 for a battery? $20 for an atomizer? I think that the best way to have plenty of 510 spares is to just order a new set. I have about $150 in 3 sets. That's 6 complete cigs and 3 chargers.
