It will pass, same thing happened to me, sore throat, stuffed up, and cough. Part of the de-tox effect. I was back to normal in about a week. Just stick it out.

Quit the same day. Not a good idea to smoke them both(high nicotene intake). Best to say: "Now's the time to quit".

Good possibility of high blood pressure because of too much nicotene. I've seen it here, my wifes' got elevated, haven't checked mine yet. Doesn't seem to affect all, but do they know it may be, without even knowing it? You can't know until you take the readings . Seems like how much to use...

Not correct, there would be 18mg of nic in 1 ml. (around 20 drops depending on viscosity of the "juice.")

Well my head is congested and my nose is runny. From what I read here it is a side effect. Too bad because it was working, today makes 6 days with no cigs. Unless someone has any other suggestions. I really don't want to go back to smoking.:frown:

With all the controversy, why has NOBODY done a full lab test of the safety and side effects of the e cig, and the pg vg juices. It just doesn't make sense. These have been out a few years now. I mean they tested cigarettes with smoking machines, isn't there anyone out there that will test...
