After my first Provari went in for a service, I vowed only to keep the replacement unit on my desk. Wood. Since then it's dropped about 6-8 times. Mostly getting knocked over on the desk, once or twice dropped on the floor. The LED cover snapped off, and the electronics went faulty.

Provari is an awesome PV. My only complaint is they need to improve the durability of the device. Still if anything goes wrong, the service is excellent.
