Quick question regarding Vanillin crystal

Is Vanillin crystal supposed to sweeten up the juice?

If not, what is a safe way to sweeten up juice?

I just ordered some of this from TPA, so I don't know what it will do, but I expect it to add vanilla, not sweetness. Some do add sucralose sweetener to juices...not me, as I'm not a fan of inhaling chlorocarbons. Others use ethyl maltol (cotton candy flavor). I sometimes use TPA or Loranns Bavarian Cream to give a more rounded vape, which I could say is more sweet too. Or increase VG to PG, since VG is sweeter than PG. My juices are VG, no PG other than the little present from flavors.
