Fixed it. Used a jewelers loop to inspect all the Orings. Nothing major, but a tiny defect in one of the main larger orings on bottom section. I replaced all Orings and works fine now, no leaks and on day 4 of the tank.

It's condensation.. even with the bigger drip tip that is super awkward to use, you can see how much it collects from just a short ammount of use. Not sure how to get less condensation while using a mtl tip.. probably losing roughly 8 drops of liquid per day in just condensation..
