Actually, if you desired, you could sell the BAM for whatever you wanted without breaking the Zenfidel code, or the rules in the Classy section. The Classys allow you up to a 20% mark up on the sale of any normal APV that will periodically be available again, but you can ask whatever you want...

Go to Auto Zone and buy one of those wand magnets with a telescoping handle. Buy the heavy duty one to hurry the job. I think they are only about 6 or 7 dollars. Handy for lots of the itty bitty pieces of PVs that want to run away and worth every penny..........LOL

Mookie, the wick touching the side of the tank would only matter if it's a SS tank. Touching the side of a quartz tank would not be a problem. He was having trouble with his SW.

My guess is a major short. That's the only time I have ever gotten a metallic taste. Make sure your wick has not slipped down in the tank and is not touching the bottom or the side of the tank. I would also try dry burning with either PG, VG or ejuice for a quick break in/oxidation on the wick...

One of the washers goes under the screw head just like with the springs. The second washer is a spare as they tend to run away. If you check the FAQ, I think it gives detailed instructions on how to vary the firing ease with the magnets, depending on your preference.
