So, I'm working away at those repairs and refurbishments. It's going well. Still have some more work to do tho.
Also, I caught wind of an emergency repair coming in by helicopter (forgot to tell them I don't have a pad on the roof).
Nevertheless, still hoping to have all the repair stuff done by about end of week and be starting in on the next batch soon.
