That thing is amazing, Mundy!

I'd say that I wished I'd kept it for myself, but it did not look like crystal when it left here. (but . . .. if'n you want to send it back . . . I'll be sure to keep it!!)

(i think Brian is playing off the clearness of it . . . I can see pic fine)

OK, I got the last of the body snootchin' done this morning, and then, of course, felt obligated to take pics of these too (wouldn't be fair, now would it?). Off to detailing tops and botts, and with that (mind you) comes the detailing the planes where the caps meet the bodies. (so, all these pics from yest. and tod. ← o_0 . . . that seam hasn't been dressed for dinner yet)

I'm at work and was on my phone. It (my stupid phone) has decided I don't need to see pics online :grr:

I know it's an issue but not seeing a pic it just came out

Sorry, I'll shut up and go back to my corner now

It looks freakin' amazing BTW, that masking tape polished up real nice

That clear Pinch Mundy is killer, was it heat treated to get it so clear?

Real jawdropper

No, Peter tried a little flame polishing on an aborted one and that was a no go. Was done the old fashion way by making several mandrels for the interior work and working it down to 6000 then polishing compound. The real trick was Peter working out how to machine it. I got it in almost finished outside and machined inside. Wish I had the eye for photography that Peter does. This was from him. Look at how good the raw machine work is inside.
