Thanks for the replies. I havnt tried SS wire yet but I will try a twisted turbo tonight. Ive been very into twisted coils since my daughter was curious one night and unwound probably 40 feet of 28ga. Rather than attempt to rewind, I snipped it and did a bunch of 6" chunks of twisted wire. Love that stuff.

I feel whimpy...my coils are from 1.2 to 1.8 depending on my mood

Don't feel bad! All my Nuppin coils ore 1.2-1.3 ohms! Great vape and flavor for me and my MTL style and batteries and juice last for days!!!

BTW I don't think enough has been said about the new Pinch 510 and feed pin. Been using them day in day out now for about a month and I gotta say that they are a huge improvement over the previous Pinch hardware.

I'm running the 510 with the o-ring under the BeCu switch plate that not only allows you to perfectly position your air holes but more importantly creates a perfect leak proof setup. I simply love it. Highly recommend all previous Pinch owners get a retrofit. I remember every time I removed my Nuppin with the previous 510 I always had liquid under the switch BeCu plate. The new one is bone dry.

The new 510 positive feed pin is a winner too because of its smooth machined finish the feed tube snugs up the tube of the pin creating a perfect seal. Our previous setup was a 6-32 screw and with time the tube would erode from friction with the screw threads and liquid made its way up the threads and out the top of the tube. The new setup is perfect and easier to remove without damaging the tube.

Thanks Pete for these great improvements which make the Pinch even better.

I think the turbo is in reference to the top placement of the coil over the center post - whatever build/wire/wick you use. Make sure you have clearance from touching the post, sides and top cap.

Yes you are correct it's the placement on top of the positive post that our friend Turbocad came up with. Improves flavour dramatically

Caps milled, just waiting on a small end mill bit to cut the slots and then some polishing and ultrasonic cleaning and they're ready :)

Those look great Steve! I've always run my Nuppins wide open and had always wanted a way to get a little more air ;)
I've got my fingers crossed that I'll be able to get one of these :)
