Mum doesn't eat pastry or crumble
So I was wondering if there are any obvious things that I might not know about stewed apples
No cream or ice cream
But if I heat butter, add apples, splash of water, cloves, cinnamon and brown sugar. And probably ACV .Thrn that is appropriate stewed apples process?

seems not many people do care for stewed fruit
the internet generally has too many passionate "my way or the highway" opinions... stewed fruit seems to just get suggestions for crusts of all shapes and sizes

Tractor forums don't move much faster than ECF. Seems they're all mostly old, like me.

Finally got my supercharger back....along with the damaged parts that had to be replaced.....$1,400 later....sigh.
Long story short, (unrelated to the damage done) I also need to replace my custom made gilmer drive with a custom made 6 rib vbelt drive so it has some slippage or else no warranty because a backfire could put the rotors out of time and grenade it....sigh.

mostly
did a stint with a dietitian. Just ended up eating mostly veg
i'm lazy though. And an occasional kebab is easier to maintain protein etc than being a pedantic vego
back to fish about once a week. To please the health professionals obsessed with preventive medicine. And dogmum likes fish and chips with vinegar, so I stop on my way home and get snapper

I cancelled the auto-renewal of my ECF fee a while back (as I'd thought to last year; but then didn't).
I'll be turning off the lights in here at/around end of year.
