Official answer: Electronic cigarettes are not intended for use by non-smokers.

Facts: The ingredients in e-liquid vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Much of the U.S. and U.K. made e-liquid is pure PG and/or VP + distilled water + food flavoring (e.g., LorAnn) + nicotine (if desired). Many U.S. and U.K. e-liquid manufacturers and suppliers are proud to announce the ingredients in their liquid.

DaBoomVape's comments about life:

"Safe" is relative. Is it safe to enter an intersection with a green light? Well, it's safer than running a red light. I'm not being sarcastic, but making a point.

Adults accept that there are no guarantees in life and that they are responsible for their own actions and the consequences of those actions. They gather information, make decisions, and accept risks.

Fact: The vast majority of ECF members vape electronic cigarettes. Many of us are not stupid, nor do we have a death wish.
