I'm pretty sure the answer is no. I know I've seen the question before. IIRC (and I may not, it's been a while since this was last asked), one of the ingredients contains nic so 0mg is a no-go

I asked Ben this exact question once and he said 0mg Boba's was impossible, indeed no 0mg flavors from tobacco line at all. Ever. Sorry.
