Interesting, though wouldn't it be more accurately done by the juice vendor himself ? As a customer, I don't want to start messing around with these extra steps, especially if I have no guarantee that the end result will be on the spot. I never was a DIY vaper and never will. I don't think it's too much to ask to AVE to do it for us.

@BNEAT - They used to have a "checkbox" in their old website that allowed you to select a "flavor bump". I believe there is a forum post in here that says that they will still do "flavor bumps" if you request it in the comments section of your order.

@Kid606 - No worries. Just thought I would throw the option out there in case someone wanted to try. I have personally cut the juice successfully with adding 20% VG without any noticeable flavor loss.

Someone mentioned a few years back that it may be because the flavoring itself contained nic and that's why Boba's is not available with 0 nic. My suggestion is to order the Boba's with a "flavor kick" and cut it with 0 nic liquid to get you at least closer to 0.

Yep, hence the title "No Nic Added". This is exactly how other vendors handle it, whether its small amounts in extracts/flavors or concern of nicotine contamination in the lab.

Never seen nor heard of the flavor shots, but for some reason i get the feeling if i asked for it the reply would be "No special orders"...LOL

Last year if they ran a 30% sale the site would be insta-closed for the first few days (yes they added extra capacity during this one), still wide open on day 1 at 2:30.

I remember about what they called flavor bumps back in the days. Yes it was a check box in the order form. And I also clearly remember people commenting in the forums how BB and GJ were not ideal candidates for such flavor bumps. I can imagine how overpowering BB or GJ could become with a 2X flavor shot, not to mention how lethal it would be for your coils.

Now that the sale is over, would it be complete madness to expect an input from Wookie1 about this thread?... This petition has been sitting there for months on top of the other threads. Can we have an answer please?

Don't hold your breath. ....

If you look back through the AVE forum this wasn't the first thread on this topic, believe i posted this after the last one sat for 6-7 months without a reply from the rep.

I just don't understand why its so difficult to come out and give an explanation, take 5 mins, explain why or why not, and be done with it...

Considering, this thread has generated 1800+ views, and possibly has the attention from everyone interested in lower than 6 mg nicotine options, now would be the right time to step in and give everyone a head's up on what AVE intentions are about this matter.

If it's a plain no we can't or won't do it, fine by me. I'll just stop wasting my time expecting for something that will never happen.

Greetings Everyone!

We have answered this question several times before, however I will gladly answer it again :) All of our tobacco flavors come with nicotine already in them so we can not make them 0 mg. We can however make a 0 mg in our sweet flavors. Unfortuantley we do not make our e-juices in a 3mg because it begins to alter the taste of the e-juices so it doesn't taste the same anymore. We are currently only offering our e-juices as low as 6mg with the exception of the 0mg we make in our sweet flavors. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause those who are currently vaping lower than a 6mg in the tobacco flavors!

Thanks for the answer, but did you consider offering this 3 mg option to your customers anyway ?

I have been vaping other juices from other vendors at different nicotine levels (24,12,6, then 3) and I agree, it is true that at 3mg the taste is a little more on the faint side compared to the 6mg versions . though a little bit of extra steeping always seemed to do the trick for me to get the flavor back.

I mean if people are ok with it, would it be that bad to offer them the option? Some of us are simply at a point where they stopped ordering BB and GJ or are considering to... mostly because the 6mg throat has become too strong for their taste.

Do you need some 3mg beta testers ? I am pretty sure me and others following this thread would definitely give you a hand on this one. and give you their honest input on whether or not they would consider ordering/vaping a 3 mg version

You don't lose customers, we can keep vaping BB and GJ... sounds like a Win/Win situation to me.

Greetings Everyone!

We have answered this question several times before, however I will gladly answer it again :) All of our tobacco flavors come with nicotine inherent already in them so we can not make them 0 mg. We can however make a 0 mg in our sweet flavors. Unfortuantley we do not make our e-juices in a 3mg because it begins to alter the taste of the e-juices so it doesn't taste the same anymore. I really appreciate you taking the time to reply to this!

That said, your answer doesn't make total sense to me.

We're all fully aware that the extracts come with nicotine in them and 0 nic is not possible, but your post seems to suggest that the extracts come with inherent nicotine that's HIGHER than 3mg and and must be diluted (ie the flavor changes) but it seems highly unlikely an extract would come with that much nicotine.

Like Kid606 suggested above, i would rather have a 'slightly' different flavor profile thats still close to Boba's than have to quit vaping it altogether because i can't go below 6mg.

Either way, i'll quit beating the dead horse because it's obvious i'm just wasting everyone's time.

Wanted to chime in as I've been lurking on this thread. With the rise of RDAs and dripping, I'm surprised that AVE isn't keeping up with the times and demand. Boba's and GJ have been my ADV for over two years now, and my nic level has been creeping down over that time. I too would be interested in a lower nic Boba's or GJ.

I guess my only question, based on the response from AVE, is why you don't let us be the judge on the flavor issue. Maybe do a beta test and see how your customers respond to lower nic, changed flavor mix? I'd happily participate as I'm sure others on this thread would.

Money on the table.

I wasn't satisfied with 4mg, just not enough flavor, or nic, or maybe both. After quite a bit of trial and error, I settled on 12mg diluted down to 7.2mg, and it's working really well for me, that's 3:2!! That means I'll only be paying $31 for 100ml. I'm not sure how I managed to work my way back up in nic, probably because the flavor is diluted, but I'm totally happy with it, and I'm going to be saving a substantial amount of money.

I hate to do this to you Alien Visions, but maybe if you sold a diluted version of Boba's, I wouldn't have even thought of this.
