I liked the excellent comment by Jule,

if I am old enough to have smoke for 31 years- I am well beyond old enough to do the research and decide that e-cigarettes are a healthier option for me. I don’t need politicians telling me how to treat my body. How about before they worry about this- they worry about something big- like unemployment?

Thus fades the glory of the UC system. None of the smart but heavy smoking Chinese and Indian students are going to want to attend these Orwellian-style smoke-free campuses. Geez, 1984 was meant to be a warning not a manual.
