Funny...with my 306 I just squonk long enough to get a gurgle. I wil also see a bit of juice thru the drip tip (exposed bridge on the CISCO 306). I just let the juice settle back down from the atty to the well...and dont notice any kind of flooding. Now on my Smoketech 510's...I notice flooding big time.
So I think maybe the 510s are MUCH more susceptable to flooding then the 306's with exposed bridge.
I might start another thread on this, but is there any chance cisco 1.5ohm 306's are just too low a resistance for AW IMR 14500's? I got a pair, first time trying something other than a 510, and I couldn't get a good puff, just a charred throat and/or a flooded attie. I hear the 306's are smoother, so I'm thinking i might have just been waiting for that throat hit that will never happen with a 306. I got curious about 306's because I heard a few reonauts saying they are much forgiving when it comes to squonking.
(Also, it helps extend the life of the atomizer as well). Other differences is that 510's give less of a TH compared to a 306 but, they give you more flavor. Honestly more of a TH type of a person. So, that works perfectly for me. Although, I do switch up between 510's and 306's. Don't use anything else.
