Hello all!
I found this thread because I'm looking for a good voltage to pump into my 3 ohm dual coil tank cartos that will be arriving from madvapes tomorrow.
I usually carry my homemade 3.7 volt mods to work, but have only used them with the prefilled cartos that I buy locally.
I have to keep things stealthy there.
After reading this I am beginning to doubt that they will be sufficient for these new dual coil jobs.
3.7 volts to a 3 ohm carto renders less than 5 watts.
Am I to understand that my actual wattage at each coil will be HALF of this already dismal figure?
I have all the parts and the know-how to build a VV mod but making one small enough to hide in a shirt pocket will be a challenge considering the tank is already much bigger than the carto is alone.
should i just get 1.5 or 1.7 ohm cartos for this or am i stuck with no tank on the job?
I have been carrying 2 loaded cartos per 8-hour shift, and i'm really getting tired of refilling these things.
what do?
Thanx, CG
