Someone lucky nabbed it. Yeah they are sick! I let a 2 pack a day Marlboro Red smoker friend try mine and he had a coughing fit, was pretty funny. I'm like whoa dude you don't have to draw that hard hahaha.
You basically tap the button and get a mouthful with the ggtb at 7.2V, especially with a 510 dripping.

What's a good resistance attie for 7.4V? I've heard some people kept popping atties at 7.4V

I had an all brass except for the nickel plate piece and it rocked... I did lose it though, so some lucky person has it now. The aluminum is a lot lighter in the hand, but I still prefer the brass finish and smell myself. Just something classic about it. The brass threads are also smoother, and feel safer when threading in comparison to the aluminum. It's a weight vs. looks thing really though. Got my brass slim still when I wanna style, 3.7v doesn't do much once you get used to the 7.2 though.

I received my GGTB today. The switch was stuck and would not screw up or down. Is there any way to fix this. What should I do. Who covers the warranty on a new product.

I have the switch that came on my GGTS that works but I still use the GGTS and don't want to use this all of the time.

When you say that switch is stuck you mean that you cant unscrew the locking nut Martha?

I replied on a previous post. Yes it will not unscrew the locking nut. My husband used pliers but still did not move. He said it looks like it has moved above the threads. Right now I am using a switch from the GGTS and it is working great. I don't know of any other way to try to get this switch to work. I believe COV has one for sale but is out of them. Is the one for 27.99 the switch I need for my GGTB. Why can't the USA supplier replace damaged parts. It is expensive to mail back to you.

I bought an extra switch for the GGTS because it got where the 510 would not screw in. I can still use it with the 801 and 901. I can't see where I ordered it and I am not sure how much I paid for it. It seems like it was more that 27.99.

Since you can remove the switch from the GGTB, take the switch apart. If the locking sleeve is "above the threads", it's an easy fix to put it back on. Even if that's not the issue, having it apart allows you to see what the problem is and find the solution. A couple of hours troubleshooting beats shipping it off.

It will not come apart.I think it is beyond repair. I know how to take one apart since I have used the GGTS for over a year. My GGTS switch is working great.

I just ordered an additonal switch from COV. It is just too much trouble to return the switch and pay extra to have another one shipped. The only switch they had available was the GGTS (only had one in stock) and I assume it will fit the older verison of the GGTS. The same switch I have now is the GGTS and it does work on the GGTB.

This will take care of my problem (even though it cost me $27.99) I will just throw the damaged switch away and not have to worry about it any more.
