I just noticed my counter is almost at 40,000 cigarettes avoided. I knew it was over 3 years since I quit but that number really brings it home.

Congratualtions, FB! Wow, that's a lot of smokes not smoked! I've only been smoke free for going on 8 months and am approaching 4500, but even that in such a short time is incredible. It makes my lungs hurt to think about smoking 4500 cigarettes, much less 40,000! And you're just one person! Imagine every person on ECF and other vaping forums, how much money is BT out of? It's not any wonder at all that there is such a campaign against vaping.
