Very cool! I've personally made it as far as 5 months and 3 months over the last about 5 yrs without a cig. Currently I have not smoked a cig since around 11 on saturday. So over the three day hump, vaping heavily. I feel pretty good overall though I'm very ancy and heavy cravings after meals. No stench or yuck mouth though, and starting even already to feel that my sense of smell is working better! Good luck!

In a van ............down by the river
Have cigarettes and the people who smoke them started stinking yet?

I promised myself I wouldn't become a militant EX-smoker, but it's so hard not to say something sometimes.

I remember the times sitting on a park bench or somewhere enjoying an analog and some ...... would walk by coughing and making a scene.
I also remember thinking they were being juvenile and not thinking anything about my addictive personality or how much I really wanted to quit.
But now...everything is different.

Congrats on the first week milestone.

I've been using e-cigs on and off for over a year. When I got the ego-t, I could stop going outside to smoke at work (since I can vape in my office). About 3 weeks ago, I got my vision stardust clearomizer and some excellent juice. I have had 6 cigs in the past 8 days. Last two were Friday and monday. I have taken my cig case out of my purse and have not smoked in 2-1/2 days. My husband quit smoking when I gave him the e-cig 4 days ago. I have not smoked in my house in a week. Worst problem for me was in my car on the way to work. It was just a habit. Hence taking cig case out of the purse. No more mistakes.

Congrats to all who are quitting!!
