It's been a great year.... today marks the 1 year mark that I started vaping and quit smoking. This site and the good people on it deserve a lot of the credit. I've learned so much here.... started on Blu's and quickly learned that they were not going to be enough to make me want to give up cigarettes. I then bought an MVP 2 which is still in my rotation today along with my Provari. I've learned to rebuild my PT2 coils and several different RBA's that I use in this past year and have to say that it's become more of a hobby now than anything else.... and it's a hobby that I really enjoy.
My workplace will be going smoke free as of this October 1st and unfortunately the ban includes vaping.... Fortunately for me I'm not on site for most of the day because they are not allowing smoking anywhere on site, even in your own car in the parking lot.
I've converted about 10 people here to vaping and more than half have given up cigarettes completely and the rest have cut back dramatically. Everything I've learned here I've put to good use and have paid it forward to many with help resolving issues... giving them gear to try.... giving them juice.... whatever I could do to help them along their journey to becoming smoke free.
So... to close this out before it becomes a novel.... I just want to thank all the awesome people on the site for helping me reach this milestone. You guys and gals are number 1 in my book!!!!

Vape on my friends!!!! :vapor:

Way to go brother. I'm not even close to that mark yet, but I started very similarly to you. Mine went V2, MVP2, Provari. Favorite so far is my Provari Mini with a Nautilus Mini while I'm at work or out and about. Swap the Nautilus out with a Igo-W when at home. Planning on picking up a Nemesis in the near future. Then I think I'll be set for quite a while except for juice or the occasional RDA/RBA. So far, just over half of the dozen or so smokers have switched over to vaping entirely or drastically reduced their smoking...nice to be the trailblazer that everyone comes to for answers. It's been a blast so far and this site has helped a lot.
