I have been on the e cigs for 10 days now, I am down to one cigarette every other day. At first I allowed myself the morning cigarette and now that's every other day instead. I am still getting some cravings for cigarettes but I am managing to work through them. I give myself 10 minutes and use the e cig instead then I normally forget about needing one.

I am on my second set up already. I started with a Vapestick Max (the clearomiser edition) and it worked fine but at £4.99 a time to replace a clearomiser that was lasting just a couple of days before gurgling and popping it didn't seem very cost effective. That one is now my spare to use if my current one runs out of charge, just in case of emergencies.

I am now using an Evod 2. It seems much more purse friendly with only having a small part to replace, and they are cheap enough. I quite like this one so far.

I am trying lots of different budget liquids form onepoundeliquid to give me an idea of what sort of flavours I like before branching out to try other things. At the moment I am on cappuccino, it's so bizarre having a nicotine craving and turning to something that tastes like coffee to get it. It is really nice though and I think the different flavours are helping to keep me interested and off the ciggies.

Congrats!! Yes, keep at it. When I started out, my taste buds weren't back to normal, so flavor wasn't much of an issue. I did get a back-up system, I didn't want to have the nerves that my first would break and I would run for a pack of cigs. Good to have spares for peace of mind.

Welcome to ECF, we are here to help.

I will give it a go again, see how they do. I did try clearing them out by blowing through the mouthpiece, but I still got the popping and gurgling. I am not getting the same with the new one, so either my technique has changed or I am just getting on a little better with it.

If it is something I was doing wrong, then it's still good to have a spare and I suppose it's a good job I brought a second either way :D
