Got mine this afternoon. Got a couple of batteries in it now to see how it does using a 1A wall wart.

Should be OK with at least 1A. I had temper.. issues using a 550 mAh charger.

Had a problem with mine as well. The display keeps flashing random numbers. Charging starts, stops, starts, stops, etc over and over. Has a burnt smell to the charger. Also the batteries I had in it are now messed up. They wont charge correctly in separate charger and get hot when used in a mod

I've only used mine once, but it did fine with those 2 batts. More testing needed...

If all you want is a charger, there are better choices available.

That said, I got a PB2 specifically as a travel charger and power-bank combo, and really like it for that purpose.

But for general purpose charging, I'll stick with my VP-series XTARs.
