Freedomsmokesusa.com and vapor4life.com great vendors. Good luck. Also for plain vg walmart sells a big 6fl oz bottle of glycerin for under 10$. I found it by the rubbing alcohol. It's usp grade and I've been using it to cut the nic levels of some of the juices I bought when I first started vaping.

If you want unflavored VG, you can find it in the pharmacy area in Walmart. It's Humco brand and 99.5% Glycerin. The other .5% is water & other inert ingredients. It will also be marked USP on the label. This means it's listed in the United States Pharmacopeia which is a non profit health organization that sets standards for food and medicines.
This VG can be used to mix with flavored or unflavored PG to make your own e-juice. I've been vaping my own DIY e-juice with it for almost a year. Only about $4 for 6 oz bottle.
Can also be found in health stores. Usual brand is Wilton's.
