100mg nicotine, is it really that dangrous?

im not understanding why a lot of people trip out about this situation, i have a 100mg/ml liter of nicotine that i use for every bottle. literally every bottle, even 10ml's.
ive never used gloves or any protective gear, and just about all i do i wipe the sides of the liter when juice gets on the sides.
im pretty sure it has rubbed off on my fingers a few times, and ive never noticed any irrataion, and most times i just wipe my hands on my ejuice towel... sometimes i wash them if its a considerable amount that i know wont just wipe off.
is my skin just not sensitive or is there something i dont know.

It can be dangerous. If enough of it turns to fumes in big bottle the fumes can make you sick even. Alot ppl want to be on safe side incase spill a bunch on them. Kids or pets are anouther concern. There is a reason its labled poison. But just depends on how much get on you. Couple drops wont notice too bad but more than that you can.
