100w worth it?

I disagree with all this.
I am pretty new to vaping yet I use an Istick50W with either Atlantis v1 or Freemax Starre depending on what I'm doing. Atlantis while I'm driving, Starre when I'm not driving. I use both .5 and .3 ohm coils depending on what I have access to at the moment. both coils and both tanks work well with the Istick50w. Only issued I ave with the istick50w is battery life because I chain vape all day.
I am waiting on the price of the smy god 180s to go down a little bit then i'll pull the trigger on one of those - mainly for longer battery life.
Honestly, this is a pretty normal spot for a new vaper to start these days.
The forum is full of threads by new vapers who were convinced they needed more 'advanced' level equipment to begin with who have problem after problem, wonder why their tanks and drip tips are too hot, wonder why the vape is harsh or why they can't take a drag without coughing and any other number of problems...
It all depends on what you want to do. if you just want to blow clouds, go with higher watts. The question is, can you handle the heat of higher wattage?. If you want decent clouds with pretty decent battery life, I think the Istick50w is good (4000mah). if you want high watts with longer battery life, get the smy god 180s - goes all the way up to 220w and has 3 batteries - up to approxiamtely 7500mah.
Oh, if it's for cloud chasing, rather than smoking cessation, the more power the better, but you will need to figure out coils and wicks for competition level clouds...
The only reason, I didn't mention the 50w is, because all of the issues it's been having. I have personal experience in this. Plus, if the OP is using the 70w or higher , the amperage is easier on the device. I personally can't get a very satisfying vape, with anything lower than .4 ohms on a 50w.
would you say the atlantis with 100w is too much,if so can you recommend me a tank that can with stand it
No idea. I vape carto tanks at less than 10 watts...

Not really. I was ripping on drippers and sub-ohm mech mods before I even bought a mod myself. It's up to the individual. He can always back it down, but of he limits himself with a lower watt device, he may not have enough to get a vape thag satisfies HIM.
Just because you're a content tootle puffer, doesn't mean everyone will be.
100 watts is probably too much. The problem is the atomizer because most prebuilt atomizers can't wick quickly enough at that power.
There are far more vapers below 20 watts, than there are cloud chasers. If the OP is vaping for clouds, he won't be happy with a clearo and pre built attys...
Who said anything about cloud chasing? Just because someone would prefer a sub-ohm vape to tootle puffing doesn't mean they're cloud chasing..... I run all of my main rigs sub-ohm .14 up to .6. Anything higher and I can't get a vape good enough to keep me off the cigs.
I would go with the Kanger Subtank mini. You can close down the airflow for M2L inhaling or open it up for direct lung inhaling. Best of both worlds. I run my Subtank Mini at 30-35 watts.
You won't need 70 watts for he Subtank Mini but if you find you *LOVE* lung hitting the 70 watts will come in handy if you purchase a 2nd tank that can run at higher wattage.
Hey whatever your content with that works for you now is what matters the most. Many people myself included buy into the whole idea of it can be better, and every day tech is giving us more options, so like the world of electronics todays best is yesterday news. If I could do it again I would skip all the stuff that made me buy more stuff looking for the ultimate satisfaction, I would not rule out that you will never use that many watts, you may find a use for them in the future. if not you have a device that you can grow into instead of out...... sorry for the ramble.
I have heard that the Atlantis 2 with their 0.3Ω coil has a recommended range of 70-80 watts (according to Aspire). Check out some of the well known reviewers on youtube to see what they say about vaping the Atlantis 2 with the 0.3Ω coil.
You absolutely have to lung hit with this. There is no way to M2L inhale.
You may or may not like it. If you don't you can always get verified and sell your *unloved* purchase in the Classifieds (at a loss). I see a lot of these new subΩ clearomizers in the Classifieds.
