Looks like a ridge, to me...or am I missing something?
The ridge would be on the negative end, you would see the pcb pattern on the negative end also not the metal shell. These don't appear tp be protected.The fact that the shrink wrap is folded over the negative end would give you the impression that they are protected and they are almost 1mm longer then 10440's I have
It states Short circuit and over-current protection. If they were protected it would state Over charge and under/dis-charge protection.
Almost all trustfire and ultrafire batteries are overrated, these are more like 350mAh
Someone would have to buy them and cut the shrink wrap open to be 100% sure but I doubt it very much
